•  We have TWO different facilities at GIDC Manjusar, Tal: Savli, Dist : Vadodara with state-of-the-art machines / technologies. At plot no. 409 in GIDC Savli, Manjusar, we are manufacturing Fibre / Paper Drums, which is full Open Top type ranging from 3 ltr to 300 liters size in volume capacity.

• Fibre DRUMS are famous and globally accepted packaging system for packing a vast variety of products ranging from bulk drugs, powder, granules, paste, solid to semi-liquid products and can be made to customise your specific needs as per global UN Packaging & Transport standards.

We provide various quality of Paper drums ranging from 8 inch in diameter to 22 inch in diameters and height can be as little as 8 inch to a big size 48 inches. We can also customize drums as per your design, specifications and your Quality requirements.

We are supplying our drums to many reputed companies such as Sun Pharma, Alembic, Lupin etc. to name a few, since many years now. Providing excellent service to our customers is very important to us. We are having TWO different facilities at GIDC Manjusar, Tal: Savli, Dist : Vadodara with state-of-the-art machines / technologies. We can also customize drums as per your design, specifications and your Quality requirements. We have also started HDPE drum manufacturing unit in late 2018 at plot no. 289 & 290 in GIDC Manjusar.

Ltd. has the state of the art manufacturing facilities at SAVLI (VADODARA) with latest processing machines with 200 point MOOG parison control system and equipment’s under highly hygienic condition to provide innovative and quality products that are enjoyed by people all over the world.

We are also having ISO-9001:2000 certification for “Manufacturing, Marketing and Supply of Fibre/Paper and HDPE Drums”. We have a capacity to produce 800-1200 Fibre and HDPE Drums of different sizes on daily basis.

Product Development Capability : (FOR HDPE DRUMS)

We have facilities to produce full Open Top type HDPE Drums ranging from 20 ltr to 90 liters size and we are also manufacturing 20/25/30/35/40 LTR Mouser along with 35 liter Jerry Cans and 50 Ltr Rocket Carboys. We can supply Single as well as Double layer drums which is the state of the art technology to give drums with better strength at lower weight, hence reducing your input costs. We are in process for the trials of 100 and 120 LTR moulds and assure you that it will be available for commercial production by Diwali 2019.

We are capable of developing any new products below 100 ltr size in just a time frame of 2-3 months based on your bulk requirements. In less than a year’s time we have developed 14 different products of which the complete list is attached with this document. We have an in house team of professionals for product development as per your needs.

The Production is considered on double shift basis and the working days in a month are 20 and that of per annum is 240.

The Installed Capacity of the unit is 80 Kg per hour in each of the machines. It is decided to manufacture 1.5 tons ( 20 hours per Day) of raw material i.e HDPE Granules is processed to manufacture HDPE Open Top Drums and Jerry Cans of different shapes and sizes. The time period for achieving full/ envisaged capacity utilization is two years.

Financial Strength :

We have been certified as a AAA rated company by CRISIL and that justifies our financial strength and Bank of Baroda has funded our entire HDPE drum’s project and we have capacity to make 30000 drums per month and that is approx. a turnover of 60 lacs per month and in turn we can comfortably manage this rotation over a cycle of 2-3 months.

We are supplying our products to Sun Pharma, Lupin, alembic, DuPont, Jubiliant life science and many more Indian and Multinational corporate since last 10 years and that itself is due to our quality products and timely delivery services. We are an ISO 9001 certified company since year 2007.
